Appointments

APPOINTMENTS:

  1. APPOINTMENTS: We serve according to the scheduled appointment; therefore, we do not serve according the sequence of arrival. For appointment difficulties, please ask the receptionist to speak with the office manager. Also please be considerate and cancel your appointment with our receptionists at least 24 hours in advance. We don’t accommodate walk-in appointments; you will be given a regular appointment instead. We routinely call to confirm your appointments 1-2 days in advance of your appointment. If you do not hear from us and believe you have
    an appointment, please notify us.
  2. SAME -DAY URGENT APPOINTMENTS:  If you need to see our Doctor on the same day urgently, it is suggested that you call our receptionist as early as possible in the day so that we may accommodate your needs. Same day appointments are handled by our Certified Physician Assistants (PA) first. If the problems need doctors’ attentions, it will be handled accordingly.
  3. CHANGE APPOINTMENTS: If you are an established patient and would like to make or change your appointment, please call us and tell us the following:
  • The doctor you want to see
  • Desired dates
  • Desired times
  • The reason for you visit

4. REFERRALS:  You are requested to bring a referral letter, authorization, ID, insurance cards and all medication that you take.
