Hospitalizations

HOSPITALIZATIONS :

For inpatient care and emergencies, CCS physicians are on staff and admit patients to San Gabriel Valley Medical Center, Glendale Memorial Hospital, Garfield Medical Center, Arcadia Methodist Hospital, Beverly Hospital, and Whittier Hospital.

1. Identify yourself as our patients by showing our business cards or medication bottles with our Doctor’s name on it.
2. You may inform our office during the office hours of your admission.
3. Upon discharge make appointment with our office immediately.
4. Bring All your medications on your first follow up appointment.
