Dr. Liu practices consultant medicine in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. Her clinical interests are focused on the catheter ablation of supra-ventricular arrhythmia and other complex arrhythmias. She is also an expert in pacemaker and defibrillator devices implantation as well as devices follow-up.
Dr. Liu graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bethune Medical University in China. She went on to finish her residency training in Boston University, Roger Williams Medical Center.
She then worked as a staff internist in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. She has subsequently completed her fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease in the combined training program in University of Texas Medical Branch and Houston Methodist Hospital. Moreover, she completed the subspecialty training in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles, CA).
Except for the outstanding accomplishments, Dr. Liu also performed extensive basic and clinical research including a postdoctoral fellowship in Brigham and Women’s hospital, Harvard medical school.
